Led by skilled, certified trainers, the Maximizing Performance for Business Managers, Part 1 course is an intensive program that is offered virtually or in-class where Business Managers focus on learning the Customer Advantage Plan.

Course: Maximizing Performance for the Business Manager, Part 1
Participants:
Business Managers should ideally have at least six months of F&I experience. Upon completion, students must demonstrate thorough knowledge of the Customer Advantage Plan® in order to earn certification. A two-day advanced course is available subsequent to completion of the first level. These courses are limited to Sym-Tech Dealer clients.
