Sym-Tech Solidifies Partnership with Amynta to Deliver North American Growth

TORONTO and NEW YORK – [March 28, 2019] – Sym-Tech Dealer Services is joining The Amynta Group’s North American automotive warranty businesses. A continuation of the relationship the companies established in 2013, Amynta’s acquisition of Sym-Tech Dealer Services is the culmination of Sym-Tech’s efforts to find a partner that provides complementary resources, relationships and industry expertise.

Sym-Tech Dealer Services’ program began over 45 years ago and is based in Toronto, Canada. Sym-Tech provides industry leading finance and insurance (F&I) software, training programs, and a full suite of F&I protection products to the automotive industry.
