Annie Deslauriers Appointed as Vice President, Customer Experience and Operations

Sym-Tech Dealer Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Annie Deslauriers as Vice President, Customer Experience and Operations
Annie Deslauriers brings more than 20 years of automotive industry experience to Sym-Tech. Annie built her career at Volvo, Mazda and Hyundai with increasingly more responsible positions in sales, network development, fixed operations and customer experience.
Most recently, she was the Director of Customer Service at Hyundai Auto Canada. Annie will be responsible for ensuring that Sym-Tech delivers a seamless and exceptional experience to dealers, OEM clients and customers. This encompasses all customer and dealer support, warehouse operations and claims administration.
Annie graduated from the University of Quebec in Montreal, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management Accounting. She also has a Parts & Service Management Certification from Northwood University. She is fluently bilingual.
