Robin joins Sym-Tech Dealer Services after a successful 20 year career at Sony Canada. At Sony, Robin held senior roles in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Product Management and Training. His extensive experience managing Sony’s national dealer network, including extended warranty sales, will prove invaluable as Sym-Tech’s products, channels, technology and client-base continues to evolve.

Robin obtained his MBA from Athabasca University and also completed a number of advanced education certifications, including the “E-Marketing Strategies for Success” program from the SchulichSchool of Business, York University.

In his position at Sym-Tech, Robin is responsible for leading his team in developing and executing marketing and product strategies that will drive increased F&I performance for our Dealer, Dealer Group and OEM clients across Canada.
