Sym-Tech Dealer Services training is designed to teach Business Managers how to use F&I technology to increase customer satisfaction by offering customers solutions that meet their individual needs. Sym-Tech's proprietary software (DAVE®) enables Business Managers to follow a consistent and non-confrontational F&I menu presentation process, and allows for full disclosure and transparency to the customer - giving them what they need.
Our Performance Centre, established in 2010, offers an extensive curriculum to support the needs of the Dealership’s F&I, Sales and Service departments. Our mission is to empower and develop talented dealer staff which enables dealers to increase performance and drive higher CSI.
