About the Learning & Development Centre

Our Learning & Development Centre (LDC), established in 2010, offers an extensive curriculum to support the needs of the Dealership’s F&I, Sales and Service departments. The goal of the LDC is to develop talented dealer staff which enables dealers to increase performance and drive higher CSI.

Our courses are designed to address your people development needs and ultimately support your dealership’s success. In our training process, we ensure that all participants will be able to perform the requisite skills proficiently and with confidence upon returning to the dealership.

Our talented and experienced team is committed to delivering a rewarding, results driven learning experience. Courses are offered in both English and French at our locations in Toronto, Montreal and Calgary as well as regionally. On-site facilitation, as well as customized program development are available upon request.

Maximizing Performance for Business Managers, Part 1 is an intensive 5-day course where Business Managers focus on the process and selling methods used in the Finance & Insurance Department. To ensure success, in-class learning is reinforced afterwards at the dealership with on-going support and follow-up.
